Role Overview
Proprietary Solutions is a leading financial trading firm. We are currently recruiting for our Student Intake. This internship is designed to fit around your university studies, giving you real-world exposure to global financial markets before you graduate.
What You Will Do
- Market Analysis: Monitor and report on G10 FX, Indices, and Commodities markets.
- Strategy Support: Assist the trading desk in back-testing financial strategies.
- Risk Management: Learn how to apply strict risk parameters to live capital.
- Reporting: Compile daily economic briefings for senior traders.
The Graduate Pathway & Visa Sponsorship This internship is the primary recruitment channel for our full-time Graduate Desk.
Career Progression: Exceptional interns will be fast-tracked for our Graduate Financial Analyst roles (Starting Salary: £45,800).
Visa Support: We are a licensed UKVI Sponsor. Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates upon securing a full-time graduate position.
Who Should Apply

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- A genuine interest in Asset Management and Trading.
Requirements & Training
We are looking for potential and a hunger to learn. However, because this role involves exposure to live market data and professional risk protocols, a baseline level of technical understanding is required.
- Please note: Applicants who do not currently possess the required technical competency in Financial Derivatives and Risk Management may be required to undergo a period of professional training prior to joining the desk.
