About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker with Hamilton Cross, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals across a range of care settings.

Every shift, you’ll help people live with dignity, comfort, and independence while making a real difference in their daily lives.

Typical duties include:

• • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
• • Supporting with meals, hydration, and mobility
• • Promoting independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
• • Assisting with medication (where appropriate)
• • Maintaining accurate care records

Requirements

• • At least 6 months of care experience
• • A caring, compassionate, and reliable attitude
• • The right to work in the UK
• • No sponsorships available/ 20-hour visas accepted
• Ability to travel to locations via car or public transport
