An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the dedicated and forward-thinking Library Leadership Team (LLT) at Aston University as Head of Content and Digital Transformation.
In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the development and delivery of the library’s content and discovery services, ensuring alignment with Aston’s 2030 Strategy. You will support and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This role will play a key part in shaping the library’s digital transformation, always with a focus on enhancing the user experience.
As a member of the leadership team you will contribute to cross-service initiatives and the implementation of the library’s strategic plans. Your leadership will be instrumental in nurturing an inclusive, agile, and omni-channel approach to service delivery.
We are looking for a collaborative and experienced leader with a strong track record in managing people and delivering content and discovery services. You will bring vision, creativity, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a rapidly evolving academic environment.
