Role Overview
As a Data Analyst at Outserve, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients gain clarity and control over their financial data. You’ll use Microsoft Power BI to build bespoke reporting solutions, identify trends, and create models that support strategic decision-making. Working closely with our commercial accounting team, technical specialists, and project managers, you’ll also consult directly with clients to understand their needs and design system workflows that deliver real impact.
This is a hands-on role where your personal productivity and collaborative spirit will shine. You’ll be part of a small, agile team where your contributions matter and your ideas are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards tailored to client needs
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and support forecasting
- Manage databases including cleaning, importing, and transferring data
- Lead client meetings to explain insights and offer consultancy advice
- Integrate reporting solutions into client workflows
- Automate processes and improve operational efficiency
- Document procedures and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Support broader consultancy and operational improvements across Outserve
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Commercial experience in data analytics
- Knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, A2X, Unleashed, Shopify (desirable)
- Analytical mindset with excellent financial awareness
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Support in wider business projects and system implementation

The salary for this role is £35 – 40,000. This role can be considered as part time for the right candidate.
