FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a dynamic media company specializing in both the UK and Chinese markets. Through platforms like WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), TikTok, YouTube and others, we deliver engaging content and promote high-quality products. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and research-driven professional to join our team, focusing on business development, content creation, and campaign strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with brands and advertisers to negotiate and execute business collaborations effectively;
2. Craft high-quality advertising copy, marketing materials, and social media content tailored to target audiences and brand goals;
3. Conduct in-depth market research, including analyzing industry trends, policy changes, and audience needs, to support content creation and business strategies;
4. Assist in writing video scripts, live-streaming outlines, and multimedia promotional content, ensuring professionalism and audience engagement;
5. Monitor and analyze social media platform performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and ad effectiveness;
6. Collaborate with team members on client case strategies, including preparing content, gathering documentation, and consulting with clients;
7. Maintain timely and responsive communication with clients, offering accurate advice to ensure satisfaction and build long-term partnerships;
8. Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and generating reports on client accounts and growth opportunities;
9. Contribute to daily office operations, complete tasks assigned by superiors, and stay informed on relevant market trends and policy updates.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Law, English, or related fields preferred;
2. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to craft professional and engaging content;
3. Strong research skills, capable of identifying market trends, policy changes, and audience insights;
4. Detail-oriented, patient, and meticulous, ensuring all content meets the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism;
5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines;
6. Familiarity with social media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and WeChat Channels;
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools, with strong IT skills;
8. A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments;
9. Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate seamlessly in multicultural environments;
10. Hold a valid UK visa with at least one year of remaining validity.
