Online Toy Shop is an independent, growing company, which operates within the retail sector. We pride ourselves on being able to meet all of our customer’s seasonal needs – from children’s toys and sports equipment, all the way through to pet supplies and fine art supplies; we provide quality products, from famous brands, at competitive prices.
Warehouse Operative Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 5 days per week from 10am until 2.30pm, 22.5 hours week.
- 5% wage increase upon successful completion of probation period.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job as some fast pace heavy lifting is required.
- Picking items using a hand held scanner.
- Packing items ready for despatch.
- Good organisational skills.
- Achieving targets for accuracy and speed.
- Must be able to be on your feet for full shift
- Attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to follow procedure and work to targets.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Manual handling of stock, following best practices at all times and maintaining stock integrity.
- General housekeeping to ensure high standards are consistently maintained.
- Offloading shipping Containers
