Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Administer medication as prescribed.
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
- A caring and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (essential).
