FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
NESI Professionals are a Staffing Solutions Organisation who are looking for health and social care professionals to join the team on a full-time OR part-time basis. Whilst working for NESI you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Service users; Young people, Vulnerable Adults and the Elderly in need of support and assisting them to achieve their own set goals and outcomes, assisting them to learn new skills, and gain independence.

Full Training given

The skills we are looking for in a Care / Support support Worker are:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to de-escalate various crisis situations
  • Ability to work long hours and sleeps
  • Experience in the care sector is not necessary, providing you possess the above skills.

All successful candidates will be put through a training regime in order to be fully prepared for their first day.

Progression onto more senior positions may be made available for the right candidate once they have completed their 12-week induction, with further progression onto management could also be made available depending on performance.

Enhanced Child & Adult DBS Required

Experience:

  • Care experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Caring for children and young people: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (Preferred)
  • DBS Checks: Within the Health and Social Care Sector we are required to conduct DBS Checks on all our team members.
