We are currently seeking a Heat Pump Installer to join our dynamic and growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals and passionate individuals eager to develop their skills in heat pump installation and system design. As part of your role, you will be instrumental in ensuring installations are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute installation projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately install products.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
- Conduct site assessments prior to installation, identifying potential challenges and proposing effective solutions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and customer support to ensure seamless project execution.
Experience
- Experience as an installer in a relevant field (e.g., construction, Engineering, home improvement, or manufacturing).
- Strong understanding of installation techniques and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when required.
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in installation processes.
- A valid driver’s licence is preferred for travel between job sites.
