FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Pay Rates (per hour): Hourly pay rate + Holiday Pay
- Day Rate: £13.57 per hour + Holiday Pay
- Night Rate: £17.64 per hour (applies from 8:00 PM) + Holiday Pay
- Saturday Rate: £17.64 per hour + Holiday Pay
- Sunday Rate: £21.71 per hour + Holiday Pay
- Holiday Rate: £21.71 per hour + Holiday Pay
Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Shift Details:
- You’ll work across four rotating shifts:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Shifts will rotate weekly
- You’ll be expected to work approximately 3 weekends during the assignment
Contract duration: 2 months (Subject to review) (Possibility of extension)
Job Summary:
Support users with the new system by answering inbound calls, resolving “How do I?” questions, and helping users face-to-face. Training will be provided during the first two weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and help users with system questions.
- Support users face-to-face with the new system.
- Log and track issues escalate if needed.
- Work independently and share knowledge.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Able to support others and share knowledge
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Quick learner, able to absorb and pass on information
