FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Clinical Support Worker’s who are capable of working in a busy, challenging and rewarding environment who possess excellent communication skills, can maintain a high degree of confidentiality, are able to work to deadlines, provide excellent personal care to our patients and work as part of team.
Previous experience is not essential as we will provide a package of training on commencement. You will be working with staff at all levels and we are looking for you to demonstrate a dedicated approach in providing a high quality service .
The role of the Clinical Support Worker is to support the Registered Nurse in the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, holistic patient care. The post holder will be required to participate in a 24-hour shift pattern and possibly rotation between wards within their speciality
