Responsibilities include :

• Maintaining stock levels
• Assisting with ordering stock for the restaurant/kitchen
• Assisting with rota requirements
• Overseeing restaurant staff performance
• Work closely with the General Manager
• Coordinating staff members to ensure smooth service
• Coordinating both the restaurant and delivery service
• Dealing with any customer queries
• Managing table bookings
• Training staff members
• Working with the general manager to grow the business
• Responsible for Health & safety and food safety controls
• Supervising staff across the business
• Assisting with arranging the onboarding of new employees
• Gathering feedback from customers and recommending menu improvements
• Work closely alongside the general manager
• Ensuring all customers (including delivery customers) are satisfied with the food and service provided

Exceptional customer service skills are required.
