FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant at Flexi Direct Health Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. (1 to 1 Care and Support and Live carers are also required)
We are looking to engage carers in the following areas:
Oxford and the surrounding areas.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting with daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders
- Promoting independence and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families
- Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations
Qualities we’re looking for:
- Compassion and empathy towards others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Essential Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License and your own vehicle with business insurance
- Right to work in the UK
- Good standard of oral and written communication skills
MUST LIVE WITHIN OXFORD/OXFORDSHIRE
