FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
P A Hull & Co are a long-established, family-run firm of Chartered Accountants and are looking for a bright, enthusiastic person to work at our Hindley & Aspull offices 4 afternoons per week.
If you have excellent organizational skills, enjoy meeting people, and work well as part of a team, then this could be the job for you.
Responsibilities
- Providing general day-to-day administration support for the office, including:
- Handling telephone calls
- Dealing with clients face-to-face, including reception duties
- Handling incoming/outgoing post
- Handling cash and other payments from clients
- Posting receipts into our accounting system
- Various other administrative duties as required, including archiving, photocopying, stationery orders, payment of invoices, etc
- Maintaining our client database
Skills
- Proficient in office administration with strong organisational skills.
- Experience with Xero is an advantage, but not essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office for document creation and management.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
