Management Accountant – Fast-Growing Hospitality Brand
A fast-growing hospitality brand is looking for an ambitious and dynamic management accountant to join our team and be part of our exciting growth journey. Based in the heart of Notting Hill, our business is at the forefront of the dining revolution, delivering exceptional culinary experiences with sustainability at its core.
This is an opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a rapidly expanding brand, working closely with our dynamic team to ensure our vision is not only delicious but also financially sound.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and handling pay utilizing modern accounting systems such as Dext, Xeand ro, and Telleroo.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card, and expense transactions, including intercompany account reconciliations to statements.
- Preanalyzed and analyzed management accounts – P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Quarterly VAT returns preparation and submission.
- Manage monthly payroll, including monthly HMRC notifications, PAYE & NIC payments, pensions, P45s, and annual reporting of P60s and P11Ds.
- Provide accurate year-end accounts information ready for the compilation of annual statutory accounts and corporation tax computations by an external accountant.
The successful candidate is required to have:
- Relevant qualifications within the accountancy field
- 1-year minimum of hospitality industry experience
- Microsoft Office with enhanced Excel competency
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
