Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions within the organization, including E-Verify, Wisely card partnerships, new partnerships, and ADP-related tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills to ensure compliance and support for all HR activities.

Responsibilities:
E-Verify:
- Set up and provide training for new companies on E-Verify processes.
- Conduct I-9 audits on existing employees for new partnerships.
- Monitor weekly compliance for all new hires, ensuring proper documentation and running every new employee through E-Verify.
- Serve as the main contact for locations with E-Verify issues and questions.
Wisely Cards:
- Set up new partnerships for Wisely cards.
- Provide training to locations on Wisely card usage.
- Act as the main contact for Wisely-related issues.
New Partnerships:
- Prepare and distribute benefit packets for new partnerships.
- Conduct E-Verify/I-9 audits and provide training for new partnerships.
- Train HR and office staff on onboarding and ADP processes.
- Update and add new partnerships to all aspects of ADP, contact lists, grant access permissions, and maintain the partnership tracker.
ADP:
- Oversee corporate payroll and expenses.
- Provide additional HR support to smaller locations
- Prepare offer letters for new hires.
- Conduct background checks on new employees.
- Send benefit reminder emails to employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of E-Verify and I-9 compliance.
- Familiarity with ADP and Wisely card systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Working Conditions:
This position is fully remote in Denver, CO, or Dallas, TX with occasional travel to different company locations for training and support.
