Job Summary
Join Amazon’s dynamic team as a centralized HR Partner, where you will serve as a trusted consultant to people managers, providing expert HR advice and fostering a positive employee experience. As a subject matter expert in HR programs, processes, and policies, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and specialists to enhance manager capability and drive education on key people programs. Your role will involve talent management, performance coaching, employee relations support, and organizational change management.


Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Employee Relations management, including disciplinary actions and performance improvement.

Provide in-depth consultation to managers on people matters involving policies, procedures, and local legislation.

Conduct investigations and manage Employee Relations cases in coordination with relevant departments.

Collaborate with people managers on performance management cases from start to finish.

Analyze data and trends related to Employee Relations and performance management to inform business strategy.

Coach managers during Talent Management processes and Annual Compensation Planning.

Offer guidance on Compensation matters and develop toolkits for self-sufficiency in Talent Reviews.

Support new and experienced managers through training initiatives and career development conversations.

Manage employee programs to enhance engagement and provide guidance on change initiatives.

Serve as a steward of Amazon’s culture while acting as a Program Manager for various HR tools and projects.

Design Manager Education initiatives to improve collective education and manager effectiveness.


Skills
Strong knowledge of HR programs, processes, and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data trends for strategic decision-making

Experience in coaching managers on talent development

Proficiency in handling Employee Relations issues effectively

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
