FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, customer service, and managing quotes. In addition to administrative duties, this role will include managing our social media pages and creating engaging content.

Experience with the CRM system Jobber is considered an asset, as well as prior experience in the landscaping industry. This position offers the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Schedule and coordinate service routes efficiently
  • Send out quotes and follow up with customers as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and update customer records using our CRM system (Jobber experience is an asset)
  • Manage and create content for the company’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Develop engaging social media posts to promote services and increase brand awareness
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or office coordination
  • Familiarity with customer service and office management best practices
  • Experience handling business communications and document management
  • Previous administrative experience (preferably in a landscaping or service-based company)
  • Familiarity with Jobber or similar CRM software is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Experience managing business social media accounts and creating digital content

Experience:

Administrative: 1 year (required)

CRM software (Jobber): 1 year (preferred)
