FULL JOB DESCRIPTION


Hi! I am a Wedding Photographer and Wedding Show Host based in Oregon, and I am looking for an Executive Assistant to join my team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to do various ever-changing tasks, as the things I need to offload often change. Most of the tasks include emailing, calendar management, and synchronization, responding to Direct Messages, and posting on various social media platforms. I will be completely transparent with you and let you know that I am neurodivergent and sometimes can be very blunt, and honest, and can’t always read social cues. It isn’t intentional, and I am not mean. Just direct sometimes. You must be okay handling that. I am aware not everyone can deal with that, and that is 100% okay. Please do not apply if this will cause a problem.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Organize and maintain client files, contracts, and questionnaires.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Be adaptable to ever-changing and various tasks.

Project Management:

Help coordinate creative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and workflow is organized.

Track project automation and provide updates when needed.

Liaise with clients to ensure smooth communication and collaboration when needed.

Creative and Marketing Support:

Assist with brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative strategies.

Manage content calendars and assist with social media posts, carousels, reels, Pinterest, etc.

Manage minor website updates, such as updated pictures and blogging.

Communication:

Responding to social media DMs and story responses.

Responding to miscellaneous emails when needed.

Qualifications:

Willingness to learn, this is my main requirement

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and Honeybook, or the ability to learn quickly to work these programs.

A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to handle various tasks with attention to detail.

Flexibility and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.

Creative mindset with an understanding of the creative industry (photography, event planning, etc.) is a plus, but not required.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across.
