Customer Service Specialist – Join MLS Location: Remote | Part-time (25-30 hours/week)
Martin Language School, a start-up provider of personalized online language courses, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our students and tutors in our rapidly growing business. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual with strong communication skills and flexible working patterns.
Responsibilities:
✔ Provide personalized support to prospective and enrolled students, ensuring a seamless learning experience
✔ Recruit, coordinate, and manage a team of language tutors, upholding quality standards
✔ Oversee the entire course cycle, from enrolment to final evaluation
✔ Manage administrative processes, including student payments and tutor fee coordination
✔ Support the social media manager, aligning communication strategies with the school’s objectives
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in English
Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment Requires flexible working patterns
Right to work in the UK
