Ozlon is a fast-growing website design and maintenance company that provides businesses with high-quality, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites. We’re looking for a Sales Virtual Assistant (VA) who can close deals, handle inbound leads, and eventually generate their own leads through prospecting and outreach.

Role: Your primary responsibility will be to sell website design packages ranging from $997 to $2,997 by calling a provided list of leads, handling inbound inquiries, and eventually sourcing your own leads through prospecting.

Compensation

Commission: 40% per website design sale (Potential for $3,000-$10,000+ per month)

No commission on website maintenance plans

Sales Quotas & Expectations

Minimum of 4 website sales per month (Failure to meet this quota may result in termination)

Target quota: 6+ website sales per month

High performers can close 10+ deals per month

Responsibilities

Sales Calls & Lead Handling (Primary Focus at Start)

Call a provided list of potential clients (business owners, entrepreneurs, and companies needing websites).

Conduct discovery calls to understand the client’s business needs.

Present our website design packages and close deals.

Handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Lead Generation & Prospecting (Future Responsibility as You Grow in Role)

Scrape and find your own leads using tools like LinkedIn, directories, and web searches.

Develop your own pipeline of qualified business leads.

Reach out via email, cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and social media.

Follow-Ups & CRM Management

Follow structured email and call sequences (Day 1, Day 3, Day 7 follow-ups).

Manage High-Level CRM with updates on lead status and interactions.

Convert hesitant leads into paying customers.

Sales Tracking & Reporting

Log all sales activities and keep the CRM updated with deal statuses.

Provide weekly reports on conversions, lost deals, and strategies for improvement.

What We Expect From You

Minimum of 4 website sales per month to stay in the role.

Ability to follow scripts and structured sales processes at first, and eventually build your own system.

Confidence in cold calling and handling objections effectively.

Self-starter mindset – willing to find your own leads and build your book of business.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit consistent sales quotas.

Requirements

Sales experience: At least 1-2 years in cold calling, inbound sales, or lead generation.

CRM knowledge: Experience with Go High-Level CRM (or willingness to learn).

Strong communication skills: Ability to confidently pitch, handle objections, and close deals.

Self-motivated and target-driven: Must be able to meet monthly sales quotas.

Tech-savvy: Familiarity with websites, SEO, and business marketing is a plus.

English fluency: Must be proficient in English (written and spoken).
