Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented short-term Data Entry Associate to assist our Intellectual Property disputes team in migrating case records from one system to another. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Validate and input data from an existing database system into a new format, converting and expanding as necessary.
Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
Complete high-volume tasks within a set deadline and with a high level of accuracy.
Required Skills
3+ years of related data entry experience
Preferred Skills
Must have high attention to detail, be well organized, and be a self-starter
Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision
General experience or familiarity with patents and related documents
