We provide a bespoke service tailored to the needs of our commercial customers within the field of wound care and Med Tech. Our team collaborates with leading healthcare professionals and institutions to support groundbreaking clinical studies. As we grow, we are expanding our data management requirements and are looking for someone who will want to grow within our business.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Manager to join our team for a single study. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and extensive experience with REDCap Cloud. You will be responsible for overseeing data collection, ensuring data quality, and maintaining compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage data collection for the assigned clinical study.
- Work closely with the trial manager to ensure the accuracy and quality of data entry, implement quality control measures, and address data queries.
- Generate comprehensive reports on data and safety aspects of the study to inform the safety monitoring committee and trial management group.
- Implement and manage programming changes to the REDCap Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system throughout the study.
- Collaborate effectively with the study team to ensure accurate and timely data reporting and analysis.
- Maintain compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues that may arise during the study.
- Review and contribute to the continuous improvement of data management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and data management plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., data management, clinical research, public health).
- Proven experience as a Data Manager in clinical research.
- Extensive experience with REDCap Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
