FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing product data across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, and Shopify. While experience with these platforms is preferred, it is not essential as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate. You will be required to work from the office a couple of days a week! the rest will be done from home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product Listings: update product listings, ensuring they are accurate and optimized across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure that all product information (e.g., pricing, descriptions, images) is entered accurately and is consistent across all e-commerce platforms.
• Product Image Management: Upload and organize product images and other media on respective platforms.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain confidentiality and ensure customer information is handled with the utmost care.
• Market Research: Assist with product research and listing optimization as needed to improve sales performance and search visibility.
• Troubleshooting: Address any data-related issues that may arise and ensure they are resolved promptly.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in data entry or e-commerce is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and product listing optimization is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn new software tools and systems quickly.
