ABOUT THE ROLE

The role would be to start in March 2025

  • Answer phones and taking messages
  • Chase application updates from mortgage lenders and update clients
  • Complete suitability reports and send to clients for signature
  • Process sensitive personal information
  • Submit applications to mortgage lenders using client Fact Finds
  • Keep electronic files up to date
  • Complete ID checks online
  • Be confident when speaking with Lenders and Clients

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Proven experience in an administrative role, with strong organizational skills
    Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  3. Ability to type accurately and efficiently
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • This is a work-from-home role only.
  • This requires a lot of motivation from an employee.
  • The role would be from 1 pm to 5 pm Monday to Friday. A laptop, printer, and other essentials will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Full training will be given.
  • You will be the sole employee of the Company and weekly meetings can be held to keep up to date on business levels.

Due to the nature of the work and role, a DBS check will be carried out. A copy of an up-to-date financial credit report will also be required.
