WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Shape the employee journey: Coordinate HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance, ensuring a seamless experience at every stage.
- Be a culture champion: Foster a positive workplace by planning memorable events and driving impactful employee engagement initiatives.
- Keep things running smoothly: Organise meetings, travel, and logistics with precision and efficiency.
- Support behind the scenes: Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and finance tasks to keep operations on track.
- Drive growth and performance: Schedule and facilitate performance reviews, and assist managers with goal-setting and reporting.
