About the Role
Oasis Homecare is seeking a compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistant to support clients in their own home. This is a rewarding role supporting individuals who require full assistance with personal care and daily living.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide full personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
● Support with mobility and safe transfers
● Assist with meal preparation and hydration
● Administer or prompt medication as required
● Support with daily routines and maintain a safe home environment
● Provide companionship and emotional support
● Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns to the office
About You
● Kind, patient and respectful approach
● Comfortable providing full personal care
● Reliable and able to work independently
● Good communication skills
● Previous care experience preferred (training can be provided)
● Offer of employment will be subject to DBS check being completed
● Driving License and access to a vehicle is preferred however not essential.
