Paolo’s Wood Fire Pizza is looking for a passionate and hardworking Pizza Chef to join our team. We pride ourselves on serving delicious, high-quality wood-fired pizzas made with fresh ingredients and a love for great food.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic wood-fired pizzas to a high standard.
- Prepare fresh dough, sauces, and pizza toppings.
- Operate and maintain a wood-fired pizza oven safely.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Work efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef is preferred.
- Experience with wood-fired pizza ovens is an advantage.
- Passion for food and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
