Key Responsibilities

· Deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients.

· Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.

· Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

· Administer medication where trained and authorised.

· Maintain accurate care records and documentation.

· Travel between clients’ homes in a safe and timely manner.

· Build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

Essential Requirements

· Full UK Driving Licence.

· Access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.

· Caring, compassionate, and professional approach.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Right to work in the UK.

Desirable

· Previous experience in health and social care.

· Care Certificate or relevant care qualifications.

· Medication administration experience.
