JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a knack for upselling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide information about products and services
• Conduct data entry tasks to update customer records
• Analyse customer feedback to improve service quality
• Upsell products or services to increase sales

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service is desirable
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus
