Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

Staffordshire Moorlands | Full-time| Part time considered | £35,000–£38,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service across the Staffordshire Moorlands.

We are looking for someone who is already registered with the CQC as a Registered Manager, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding, person-centred care.

You will:

• Take overall responsibility for the management and quality of the service
• Lead, support and develop the care team
• Ensure the service meets CQC regulatory requirements
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding and quality assurance
• Maintain effective governance and compliance systems
• Build positive relationships with people receiving care, families and professionals
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a positive care culture

Essential:

• Currently registered with the CQC as a Registered Manager
• Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
