Job Summary

As a Healthcare & Care professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for your clients by delivering attentive care, developing tailored care plans, and fostering meaningful connections. Duties

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
• Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual needs and preferences
• Provide home care services, including medication reminders, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure consistent and effective care delivery
• Use IT tools to document care activities accurately and update client records regularly
• Drive clients safely to appointments or errands, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns promptly to supervisors or healthcare professionals

Skills

• Valid driving license with reliable driving skills for safe transportation of clients
• Experience working in a care home or providing home care services
• Ability to create and follow detailed care plans tailored to individual needs
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members
• Basic IT skills for documentation and record keeping purposes
• Excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and their families
• Strong understanding of caregiving best practices, health & safety regulations, and confidentiality standards

Candidate Requirements

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• Previous UK healthcare or social care experience
• Relevant qualifications
• Care Certificate / relevant healthcare qualifications where applicable
• Social Work qualifications and registration where required
• Nursing/healthcare support experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts where required
• Valid UK immigration status where applicable
