What We’re Looking For:

Applicants who hold a full UK driving licence will be preferred, given the travel and support requirements of our clients. However, we are also happy to consider applicants who do not drive, provided they are able to travel to and from clients using public transport, walking, cycling, or other reliable means of transport as required.

You should also be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and sleepovers where required. We offer full-time, part-time, and bank shifts to suit different lifestyles.

What You’ll Do:

Your role will vary depending on the needs of the individuals you support, but may include:

• Social Support – helping people connect with their communities by attending social activities and outings such as clubs, day centres, cinema trips, bowling, or swimming.
• Medical Support – assisting with medication administration and monitoring.
• Personal Care – supporting individuals with daily routines such as washing, dressing, personal hygiene, and arranging health appointments (GP, dentist, optician etc.).
• Practical Support – encouraging independence at home through everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry, and household management.
