Salary:£13.50 Per hour

Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate and experienced Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes.
Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant care experience
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- Own car – essential
- Good spoken and written English
- Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
- Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with daily living
- Assist with medication, meals and mobility where required
- Support clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
- Maintain accurate electronic care records
- Communicate effectively with clients, families and professionals
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and company procedures
