This fantastic opportunity is working for one of the worlds largest businesses. This particular position will be working in an operations focused position, where you will work alongside an experienced team to provide timely solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless introduction to services and systems.
• Process amendments to existing bookings and communicate any associated charges.
• Proactively engage with customers regarding changes to booking patterns or requirements.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, identifying practical solutions during disruptions.
• Support the rollout of new services, digital tools, and customer-focused initiatives.
• Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery and communication.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a professional and personable approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and find solutions.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, shipping, supply chain, or a similar environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
