Position:Apprenticeship Level 3 Pharmacy Technician

Salary: £12.71-£13.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time, 

Work location: Didcot, England

– You must have been a UK resident for at least 3 years

– You must have not had a student VISA, within these 3 years.

This Job/Role, is for an NHS Apprenticeship Level 3 Technician – in order to help/assist the effective running of the Pharmacy.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:-

– Providing over the counter advice to customers

-Ordering and merchandising stocks

– Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
– Provide patient care by answering questions and providing medication information
– Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication administration
– Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
– Follow all pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

– Provision of Pharmaceutical Services if required (training given)

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant or dispenser is mandatory for this position.

Training/courses will be provided.
– Excellent attention to detail
– Good communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
– Ability to work in a moderate paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– High level of professionalism and ethics in handling confidential patient information

Non Dispenser Trained – £12.71p/h

Dispenser/NVQ2 trained -. £13p/h

Working Hours / Days:

32 hours per week. Days/times TBC but will be 9-6, 4 days per week
