We are looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to young people.

Essential Requirements

● Previous homecare experience is essential

● Valid PMVA, DMI, or relevant care/support certificate

● Experience working with young people

● Full Right to Work (RTW) status with no restrictions

● Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care

● Good communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Requirements

● NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a related qualification

● Full UK driving licence

● Previous experience supporting young people with complex care or support needs

The Role

You will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support, helping young people maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.
