Position:Home Care Support Worker ( Evenings)
Salary:£13 an hour
Job Types: Part-time & Full-time
Location:Leeds
At Reflections, we pride ourselves on providing care and support to people in their own homes which is delivered in the most person-centred, adaptable way with the focus being on facilitating a standard of support which allows our clients to live life to the fullest. Our organisation is led by an experienced team who developed Reflections with a vision of how they believed care should be delivered and pride themselves in ensuring that both the clients and staff feel fully supported. We require experienced Support Workers to work on a one-to-one basis with our clients within their own homes on a long-term basis.
The key skills we are looking for are:· A firm understanding of person-centred care and planning· Compassion and patience and an understanding of dignity· A flexible approach· Willingness to undertake all mandatory and any additional training required to suit the needs of the client. Shift patterns:
17:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday – every weekend off, excellent to work around childcare!
Requirements
Ability to work in LS20.
