We’re looking for a newly qualified or experienced associate dentist to join our mixed practice at Four Lane Ends. Our principal dentist is an implant specialist with teaching experience, and we’re committed to supporting your professional development as part of a passionate, patient-first team.

• Chair availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• UDA rate: £14.50
• Private split: 45%
• Lab fees: 50%
• In-house lab: Based in our Consett practice, milling aligners, crowns, and guides

What We Expect

• Clinical excellence: Deliver comprehensive general, restorative, and preventative treatments to a high standard
• Treatment planning: Build rapport with patients and present clear, multi-option treatment plans to secure informed consent
• Private practice growth: Actively promote and deliver private treatment, including cosmetic dentistry where appropriate
• Compliance & records: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date computerised clinical records in line with GDC and CQC guidelines
• Team collaboration: Work seamlessly with hygienists, therapists, nurses, and practice management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted GDC registration
• Valid NHS Performer Number (English/Welsh/Scottish, required for NHS work)
• Proof of valid dental professional indemnity insurance
• Proven clinical competence in general dentistry, with an ethical, patient-first approach
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to put anxious patients at ease
