Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner/ Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation in residential or commercial settings, ensuring that all areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests or residents.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the establishment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning/ housekeeping role is preferred; hotel , home or commercial cleaning experience is an advantage.
• UK/European driving license
• Strong attention to detail with a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests or residents.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.
