What the work involves
Driving Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) vehicles on local, regional or national routes depending on the role
Planning and following delivery routes efficiently and safely
Loading/unloading and completing accurate delivery paperwork
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
Following all road safety and Driver’s Hours/Working Time regulations
Working as part of a team, across day, night or rotating shifts depending on the employer
What we’re looking for
A valid Class 1 or Class 2 UK driving licence (tell us which)
Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
Clean or near-clean licence — we’ll ask about points as part of screening
Previous HGV driving experience preferred
Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
Right to work in the UK
