Overview
We are looking for an organised and reliable Administration Clerk to support the Manchester Regional Office with day-to-day data processing activities. The role is focused on accuracy, meeting deadlines, and supporting branches to ensure all transactions are completed correctly and on time.
This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail and the confidence to chase outstanding queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales, purchases, and credits accurately and within set deadlines
- Supporting month-end procedures across the region
- Flipping invoices on CUPRA to ensure correct allocation and processing
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies with branches
- Chasing outstanding queries to ensure completion of transactions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date system records
- Supporting general office administration and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in an administrative, accounts, or data processing role.
- Previous experience working with purchase invoices and invoice processing.
- Experience within the accounts or finance side of a business.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling high volumes of data.
- Able to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to support colleagues.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience of working in a busy office environment.
