Position:Live-In Support Worker
Salary:Up to £3,000.00 per month
Job Types: Part-time full time
Location:Hendon, England
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and responsible Live-In Support Worker to provide high-quality support to an individual in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
This is a live-in role for applicants aged 18 or over. No personal care is required. The role focuses on providing companionship, practical support, encouragement, and assistance with day-to-day activities and sleep-in.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and reliable day-to-day support
- Offer companionship and encouragement
- Assist with routine activities and practical tasks
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive living environment
- Communicate effectively and professionally
- Respect the individual’s privacy, independence, dignity, and personal preferences
- Build a positive and trusting professional relationship
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- Caring, patient, dependable, and professional
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Respectful of boundaries and confidentiality
- Experienced in care or support work (preferred but not essential)
- Legally entitled to work in the UK
Previous experience is welcome, but full training and appropriate guidance can be provided for the right candidate.
