Salary: £14.00- £14.50 per hour

Job Introduction
Shift Pattern: 7am till 7pm – 7pm – 7am
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker To join our dedicated team, providing 1:1 support to a bright and joyfulgentalman in his early 50’s who lives in their own home in Coventry.
He has a Brain Injury and requires round‑the‑clock care, delivered by a consistent and understanding team. He is wheelchair bound and uses a Tracheostomy his support workers will be fully trained.
This is a rewarding role supporting a man who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around her.
Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:
- Experience with Brain Injury, or complex needs is helpful but not essential.
- You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role.
- Comfortable working within their home
- Able to work as part of a small, stable team.
