Salary:  Â£25,000 per year

Job Type: Part-Time

Working Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Location:  Remote with occasional attendance at our office in Alconbury, Cambridgeshire

What You’ll Do

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate and manage team and client meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action points.
  • Manage the founder’s diary and organize team travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, handling them professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage emails, draft correspondence, and support with general office administration.

 

Finance & HR Support

  • Work with the accountants to submit receipts, reconcile invoices, and manage team expenses.
  • Sending weekly invoices and following up on late payments
  • Complete end-of-month financial reports and assist with reimbursements.
  • Manage team holiday requests and collaborate with the remote HR team to develop company policies and maintain the internal Wiki.

 

Events & Marketing Support

  • Organise team events, social activities, and client-facing meetings.
  • Support marketing efforts, including preparing client proposals and responding to website leads.
  • Contribute to social media content creation and campaign coordination.

Experience & Skills REQUIREMENT

  • Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role (PA, Admin, or Office Support).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), CRM tools, and social media platforms.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, professional communicator with a client-facing mindset.
  • Flexibility & Initiative: Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and eager to take on new challenges.
