We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious baked goods. Your expertise in food preparation and culinary techniques will contribute to the success of our bakery. Duties: – Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies – Follow recipes and ensure that all ingredients are measured accurately – Operate and maintain baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters – Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection – Decorate and garnish baked goods as required – Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards – Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and production needs – Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Skills: – Strong knowledge of restaurant or commercial kitchen operations – Proficient in food preparation techniques, including baking and cooking – Familiarity with various baking methods and techniques – Understanding of food production processes and quality control standards – Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices – Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods – Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills If you have a passion for baking and enjoy creating delicious treats, we would love to hear from you.
