What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 6 months’ paid experience as a Support Worker
• Experience supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities
• Experience administering medication
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Services (Desirable)
• A genuine passion for supporting people
• A friendly, compassionate, and professional approach
• Availability to work day and night shifts
