For our new vibrant English pub and dining room. We are a close-knit team looking for a passionate, like-minded Head Chef to lead our kitchen, elevate our pub classics, and grow with us.

• Requirement: Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence and have access to your own car (due to location/shift patterns).
• Visa Support: UK Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

• Proven track record of running a busy pub kitchen
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of meeting financial KPIs,GP targets, and labor costs
• Absolute confidence in maintaining top-tier hygiene practices and training staff in food safety
• A passion for elevated pub fare, with the vision to create seasonal menus using fresh, local produce
• A great personality, strong work ethic, and positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team, guiding junior staff on prep, line cooking, and plating.
• Menu Development: Design seasonal menus, daily specials, and traditional Sunday roasts that showcase British pub culture.
• Operations & Stock: Oversee stock control, enforce FIFO rotation, manage supplier orders, and ensure strict waste reduction.
• Management & Compliance: Schedule shifts, recruit and train new talent, manage kitchen budgets, and maintain immaculate health and safety records.
• Collaboration: Partner with the General Manager to optimize kitchen efficiency, margins, and service flow.
