FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

RAL Community Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a positive impact in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support individuals with their daily living needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing in a safe and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support mobility, nutrition, and hydration.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ health or wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK.
• A caring, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
