Business Development Manager – London
Hybrid role – office attendance is required only one or two days per week.

AG Power Recruits Ltd is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to support the expansion of our recruitment services across London and the wider UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote our recruitment and workforce solutions.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings and networking.
- Prepare proposals and work towards business-development targets.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet clients’ staffing needs.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, organised and motivated to succeed.
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment or business development is desirable but not essential.
- Willing to travel within London and attend the office when required.
